Every order is carefully prepared and securely packaged according to the nature, size, and value of the collectible to help ensure that it arrives safely and in the condition represented on our website.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Processing times may vary for oversized, framed, high-value, or special-order items. If additional processing time is required, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Secure Packaging

Every collectible is carefully packaged according to its size, value, condition, and presentation format.

Certificates of authenticity, authentication cards, holograms, and other accompanying documentation are protected and shipped with the corresponding collectible when applicable.

Framed memorabilia, oversized collectibles, and particularly fragile items may require specialized protective packaging.

Shipping & Tracking

We use established shipping carriers and tracked shipping services whenever available.

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once the order has been prepared for shipment.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other transportation disruptions.

United States Shipping

We ship throughout the United States using established shipping carriers.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated or displayed during checkout when applicable.

Depending on the value and nature of the order, additional delivery security measures may be used.

High-Value & Oversized Collectibles

Certain high-value, framed, oversized, or particularly fragile collectibles may require additional shipping protection.

Depending on the value, destination, carrier, and nature of the collectible, these measures may include:

• Adult signature confirmation

• Enhanced tracking

• Alternative secure delivery arrangements

These measures are intended to protect both the collector and Authentic Signatures.

We reserve the right to contact the customer before shipment when special delivery arrangements are necessary.

Shipping Insurance

Certain shipments may be insured based on the value of the order, destination, shipping service, and carrier availability.

For particularly high-value collectibles, additional insurance or secure shipping arrangements may be required.

International Shipping

Authentic Signatures ships to selected international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost unless otherwise indicated.

Customs procedures may cause additional delivery delays. Authentic Signatures cannot control or guarantee customs clearance times.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify its destination.

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, changes to the shipping address of high-value orders may require additional verification.

Signature Confirmation

Certain high-value orders may require a signature or adult signature upon delivery.

When signature confirmation is required, the customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized recipient is available to accept the shipment.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@authenticsignatures.com as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery.

Please retain:

• The collectible

• All original packaging

• The shipping box

• Authentication documentation

• Shipping labels and materials

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package, packaging materials, and collectible so that we can evaluate the situation and, when applicable, submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please do not discard any packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking indicates an unusual delay or a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@authenticsignatures.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Carrier investigations and insurance claims may require additional information or documentation from the recipient.

Delivery Issues

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly.

We will assist with the appropriate carrier investigation procedures when applicable.
