Terms of service
These conditions of sale are concluded:
on the one hand, by the company Authentic Signatures LLC with a share capital of 1000 dollars and whose registered office is located at 8383 Wilshire BLVD STE 740 BEVERLY HILLS CA 90211 USA, registered under number B20250187143, and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the websiteauthenticsignatures.comhereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
Article 1. Purpose
These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Authentic Signatures LLC and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website.authenticsignatures.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares that he has full legal capacity to commit to these general conditions of sale.
Authentic Signatures LLC reserves the right to modify these terms of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the buyer's order.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those which appear on the siteauthenticsignatures.comof the company Authentic Signatures LLC, while stocks last. The company Authentic Signatures LLC reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description including its main characteristics. The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way because each copy is unique, and the item received may differ slightly from the one illustrated. The sale of the products presented on the site is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.

Article 3. Rates
The prices listed on the product sheets in the online catalog are in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate, customs tariff, increase in transport costs or increase in prices from our suppliers may be reflected in the price of the products. Authentic Signatures LLC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order.
Article 4. Order and payment terms
Authentic Signatures LLC offers the buyer the option to order and pay for its products:
- Payment by bank transfer: Upon receipt of the transfer, the order will be processed and the buyer will be informed by email. Authentic Signatures LLC will ship the products no sooner than 5 business days after crediting the company account corresponding to the order, subject to funds being available. Average shipping times are stipulated in each product sheet.
- Secure payment by credit card (via the SHOPIFY PAYMENT system): if the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use of the card, the buyer may request cancellation of the card payment, and the amounts paid will then be re-credited or refunded. The liability of the cardholder is not incurred if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of the card. To obtain reimbursement of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the cardholder must contest the direct debit in writing with their bank within 70 days of the transaction, or even 120 days if the contract binding them to it so provides. The amounts withdrawn are reimbursed by the bank within a maximum of one month after receipt of the written dispute filed by the cardholder. No fees for the restitution of the sums may be charged to the cardholder.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgement of having full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke one's own conditions of purchase. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has provided it on their order form, Authentic Signatures LLC will send them an email confirming the registration of their order.

Article 5. Retention of title
Authentic Signatures LLC retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, fees and taxes.
Article 6. Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the individual buyer has a period of fourteen calendar days from the delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty except for delivery costs and customs fees, the return costs being the responsibility of the buyer.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by La Poste via Colissimo, or by carrier with delivery against signature - as far as possible depending on the location - for sports collectibles. Delivery times are given for information purposes only as they depend on the carrier appointed; if they exceed thirty days from the estimated delivery date indicated in the product sheet, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. Authentic Signatures LLC will provide the buyer by email with the carrier appointed and the tracking number of their package. In the event of the buyer's absence, they will receive a delivery notice from the delivery person allowing them to reschedule the delivery or indicate a new delivery point to the carrier concerned. The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the company's premises. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8. Warranty
All products supplied by Authentic Signatures LLC are covered by the legal warranty provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance with a product sold, it may be returned to the company, which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it. Article 9. Liability
Authentic Signatures LLC, in the process of distance selling, is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.

All elements of the site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Authentic Signatures LLC. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of photos, logos, videos, visuals or text.
Article 11. Personal data
Authentic Signatures LLC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which he or she may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. All information concerning him or her is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has the right to access, modify, and delete information concerning him or her.
